24.11.2011. – The press conference report
about the Sovereignty Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the open letter to the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Valentin Inzko
On the occasion of November 25th – the Sovereignty Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina – which has been established on the anti-fascist and civilized principles, the president of the BOSS, Mr. Mirnes Ajanović is making a public appeal to the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Valentin Inzko, to finally use his power and enact the state law on the prohibition of fascist activity.
The representatives of the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina must ensure criminal sanctions against national chauvinism and fascism, which for the purpose of the destruction of the country is demonstrated by fascist-national groups and individuals helped by extremist politicians.
Provoking national intolerance through shouting nationalist slogans, wearing nationalist symbols and giving fascist and nationalist names to public institutions and other subjects in order to glorify Hitler’s servants – requires mandatory criminal prosecution.
If Mr. Valentin Inzko continues to neglect his obligations undertaken from the UN, and continues to ignore the fascist-nationalist rampage in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that will represent the open encouragement for the destruction of the country and the continuation of the violence and the breach of human rights.
