Press release regarding the statements of the ruling opposition regarding the changes to the Election Law of BiH

Statements of the so-called opposition parties in the Federation of BiH, which are in power at one of the legislative and executive levels of government, after a meeting with representatives of America and Europe regarding changes to the BiH Election Law, once again showed their populist concern only for themselves instead of responsible policy towards citizens. The ruling opposition, after being given the opportunity to manage the processes of changes to the BiH Election Law – by meaningless attacks on accomplices in power, is still trying to earn a living without a hoe, avoiding any responsibility to make concrete political decisions. These ruling opposition parties, as supposedly civic, should have been an important factor in the negotiations because they have the opportunity to secure electoral legitimacy by preventing electoral fraud and victory over ethnic legitimacy, but political ignorance and fear of taking responsibility will result in new futile political skirmishes for which citizens will gain nothing, warned Mirnes Ajanović, president of BOSS.
